I have known Justin since 2016. Justin started out as a motivational speaker in our program in 2016. He approached me before the season and talked to me about his program "Athlete Outreach". Justin has been speaking to our team ever since. He has an amazing ability to motivate athletes and I have always felt that he has really helped our athletes to be mentally prepared and focused for some of our biggest games. He is an articulate speaker and has obviously worked very hard to prepare himself to motivate athletes. He always has their undivided attention.
Justin also reaches the players on a spiritual level and our players have been very receptive to the message that he has for them. He makes them think and delivers his message in a non-threatening way. He allows the players to take want they want from his message. The players have a lot of respect for Justin and it shows how well he relates to young athletes. He is very passionate about what he does and it's obvious he is very invested in helping young athletes.
Justin has also become one of my closest friends through the whole process. He is as genuine as anyone I've met in my lifetime and is a man of integrity and character. He is a tireless worker and always has time for anyone that needs his help. He is the ultimate professional and always gets the job done.
I give Justin Engelman my highest recommendation.
This recommendation is in reference to Justin Engelman and Athlete Outreach. First, I would recommend that you and your staff spend some time with Justin and get to know him. He is a good, kind-hearted young man who has a deep passion for people and for God. His intentions are genuine and he has a real talent for connecting with kids and making a very positive impression on their lives. I met Justin years ago when he and his father (Bruce Engelman) and his brother (Jason) would come up to visit with our players.
I was the Head Football Coach and Athletic Director at Hammond Morton High School in Hammond, Indiana for 16 years. We were an inner city school and our team comprised mostly of fatherless boys with limited work ethic and very low self-esteem. After meeting the Engelman's I asked them to visit with our team and talk to them about life, faith and family. Their speeches were amazing. They started off talking about football but later their talks were more about life and what is important. As our program started to rise to the top (Top 10 in the state for 7 years in a row) Bruce and Jason moved on and Justin took over. He quickly connected with our kids and immediately became part of "The Morton Family". He spent Thursday nights with the team during our meals and led our team in prayer for each meal. He also spent time with the families on those nights talking to them about life, faith and family. The impact Justin and his family made on our program was amazing. I consider the Engelman's a part of my family and will never forget how they were so eager to give their time, energy and love to the kids and to myself as well.
Coach, I am excited for you, your staff and for your kids. It is an exciting time of year and the opportunity to meet Justin and have him come into your lives is surely a blessing you will treasure. I wish your program the best of luck this season and I know that meeting Justin will make all of the difference in the world for your kids and your football family.

I have had the pleasure of knowing and working directly with Justin Engelman and the Athlete Outreach program for 10 years while coaching at two different high school football programs. I am proud to say the Eastside High School football program was one of the first local high schools Justin and the Athlete Outreach program began working within the Antelope Valley.
Since this time, I have witnessed the Athlete Outreach program grow immensely throughout the local area as it has expanded to not only other high schools football programs, but a variety of additional sports as well.
Justin and his staff have always had an excellent rapport with the student athletes as well as the staff and administration of the schools and programs he services. His weekly motivational talks of hard work, commitment, dedication, and a never quit attitude, gave my players the confidence and drive to work harder resulting in play at levels beyond expectation. My players and staff looked forward to our shared meals and weekly meetings as they were of great benefit to our program as they helped better prepare our team for competition.
Outside of Athlete Outreach I consider Justin a friend; one who is very loyal, dedicated, and extremely thoughtful. I believe Justin and the Athlete Outreach program can be a valuable asset to any sports organization and strongly recommend this program to any sports team that wants their organization to experience positive encouragement and motivation while gaining an advantage on the playing field.
If you have any questions regarding Justin Engelman and the Athlete Outreach program, please do not hesitate to contact me directly.
Sincerely,
